About Us
JSC Interiors Ltd is an interior fit-out company based in Rochester, Kent.
The company is headed by a father and son team, with over 40 years combined experience within the interior fit-out and facilities sectors of the construction industry. JSC have a passion for creating and delivering spaces that reflect the wants, needs and personalities of our clients with bespoke designs to capture the business or individuals.
Sectors
JSC Interiors Ltd work alongside companies within all sectors; from education to public housing, leisure to legal. We can provide a full turnkey fit-out and refurbishments as a principal contractor working directly with the client or designer either on new or within existing occupied spaces. Alternatively JSC also carry out packages of all sizes as a sub-contractor contractor with specific industry specialisation in dry lining, suspended ceilings and commercial flooring. JSC now offer facilities and maintenance works on new or existing spaces to provide clients with assistance one the spaces once they have moved in.

Construction Management and Consultancy
At JSC Interiors Ltd we pride ourselves on being able to deliver projects on time and within budget. We are able to provide our services to clients to help on both existing and new projects to ensure the desired results throughout a build and with the ongoing maintenance afterwards.
Facility Maintenance
Working along side in-house facilities teams we are able to provide building services and maintenance programmes; providing both planned and reactive maintenance services.
Interior Fit-Out
JSC Interiors specialises is all aspects of interior fit-our with experience in office spaces, gymnasiums, shops, leisure facilities, educational facilities and medical facilities. From design to sign off we can help create spaces that are both aesthetically please and practical.
Ceilings and Partitioning
Large scale commercial ceiling and partitioning packages are available where JSC Interiors first spread it’s wings. We are able to take this projects on as a sub-contractor supply providing a continuously high standard of workmanship and commitment to health and safety.
Where do we work?
At JSC we have the ability to cover fit-out works nationwide and have also recently completed projects across Europe for existing clients.
Our facilities and Maintenance teams are geared up to cover London and the Home Counties.
In Occupation Refurbishment
With the ever changing needs of our diverse client group there is often the need to carry out works around the day-to-day activities within their spaces. Working with clients and their staff we are well experienced in delivering projects with minimal affect on the daily hustle and bustle of a thriving workplace.
